Here is an excerpt:

The year is 2056, ten years after the tech wars & A.I. Strikes that killed so many. The new depression has engulfed the world and humanity now struggles to survive: A battle it is losing as population density has reached critical mass. It is in this world that Troy Gillus, ex-mercenary tormented by his own past, has been contracted to stop a highly intelligent and equally deadly avatar created by Dr. T.G. Rowin, the same doctor that first saved humanity and then nearly destroyed it. The Avatar's one purpose is to bring peace to those that might suffer in an apathetic world. But how can we fulfil a purpose without first understanding it?
